When calling Brookshire Travel during regular business hours a REAL person will answer the phone in less than four rings. We do not use voicemail or put you in a holding pattern.

For clients located outside the Chicago area we are available for any questions or concerns via the toll-free number, 800-233-3934, during our regular hours.

Ticket Delivery
We have full time delivery staff available during regular business hours. Regular and emergency deliveries can be made anywhere in the Chicago Loop.

For deliveries outside the downtown area, we make any arrangements necessary to expedite prompt ticket delivery (intercompany mail, US mail, special courier, or express mail).

Other alternatives are electronic ticketing ("E"-tickets) offered by specific carriers or prepaid tickets for passenger pick up at the airport.
